Please make sure that a café capsule is always inserted (on older models you need the green cleaning capsule). Otherwise the water will flow into the draining tray and not through the café nozzle. (except capsule machine STILISTA, Chic, Smart).

Make sure your machine is heated up. When all the lights light up blue (green lights on older models), you can start the café dispensing.

In this case, the machine's heater is defective. If the machine is still under warranty, please contact our customer service.

Make sure the water tank is inserted correctly. When inserting the water tank, there may still be residual water on/in the connection, which will be pushed out by inserting the water tank.

Martello Café machines are designed to last for a very long time. If something should happen, please note the warranty period in the enclosed operating instructions, which supplements but does not replace legally binding information.

Only Martello capsules work in Martello devices. Of course, the type of café does not depend on the type of device.

Yes. With the machines currently available, the amount of cups can be easily programmed. Further details can be found in the enclosed operating instructions.

The freshness guarantee for Martello capsules is at least 18 months from the date of production. In general, our coffee can be enjoyed well beyond the best-before date.

The capsules can easily be disposed of with residual waste.

The capsules are made of black, food-safe plastic with different colored lids, depending on the flavor.
